Many of the 45 employees who made the move to REC Solar 3.0 had been with the company for at least 5 years - which meant people already had their nice Patagonia jackets and vests. Knowing that it could be some time before REC Solar could reliably hit purchase minimums for the nicer swag items, I designed patches that could be applied to existing swag.
